Gaza Surf Club Film

Gaza Surf Club Film Tour Cornwall, in collaboration with Amos Trust, is screening Gaza Surf Club across four locations in Cornwall this autumn.

Join us on the evening of January 26th for a screening at The Cornish Bank in Falmouth.

Gaza Surf Club is a 2016 documentary film from Little Bridge Pictures, which follows several surfers from Gaza and documents their efforts to surf and survive. The film takes a “day in the life” approach and focuses on some of the characters that make up the Gaza Surf Club community.

Doors will open at 6pm and the event will start at 7pm. From 6pm there there will be a pop up from Smoke and Honey serving delicious Lebanese, with all profits from food sales going to organisations supporting Lebanon.

The film will be followed by a short update about the situation in Gaza today. Megan from Amos Trust will be talking about life in Gaza today, and Amos Trust’s work in Palestine.

Any funds raised from ticket sales will be donated to Amos Trust’s emergency appeal for Gaza and the West Bank. There will also be a chance to donate on the night.
