boci is a Bristol based violinist and songwriter, creating alt-folk with her violin, vocals, guitar and loop pedal. Her use of loops and electronic effects allows her to create cinematic, layered arrangements which evolve in real-time. Classically trained, bock uses her violin freely and expressively as another voice, taking inspiration from various folk playing styles. boci's music is deeply connected to her relationship with the natural world and time spent alone in the wilderness, walking in the mountains of Scotland, Wales and the Lake District.

It communicates a deep gratitude for the solace and sense of unity found in nature. The album gained recognition from Songlines, BBC 6 music and BBC introducing.
